This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for processing, carrier handling, and delivery expectations across North America. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms listed in this Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

Every order placed on our platform is handled with care. Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that "processing" includes payment verification, inventory picking, and protective packaging. We do not process orders on weekends or statutory holidays. Once processed, you will receive an automated notification via email confirming that your package has left our facility.

High Volume & Seasonal Note: During peak shopping seasons or high-volume sales events, our internal processing time may extend slightly. If a significant delay affecting our Shipping Policy occurs, our support team will contact you directly via the email address provided at checkout to provide a revised timeline.

2. Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are determined by the weight of the items and the destination zone. Final costs are calculated and clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your payment.

📦 Order Tracking

Transparency is key to our Shipping Policy. Tracking numbers are generated and emailed as soon as a shipping label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to scan the package and for the status to update online.

🛃 Customs & Duties

For US orders, customers are the "importer of record." You are responsible for all customs fees, brokerage charges, and import taxes that may be applied by your local government upon entry into your country.

3. Damages, Loss & Claims

While we pack every order securely to prevent transit damage, AutoRustWarrior is not liable for products damaged or lost once they are in the possession of the carrier. This Shipping Policy dictates that in the event of a damaged arrival:

  • Contact the shipment carrier immediately to initiate a formal claim.
  • Take clear photographs of the damaged box and the damaged product.
  • Retain all packaging materials (bubble wrap, boxes, and labels) as these are required for carrier inspections during the claim process.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

To ensure your order arrives safely, please double-check your street number, apartment/suite number, and zip/postal code at checkout. We utilize automated systems to print labels exactly as entered by the customer. AutoRustWarrior is not responsible for shipments delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
