Returns Policy
At Auto Rust Warrior, customer satisfaction is our top priority. The AutoRustWarrior Return Policy outlines a straightforward process for eligible returns and warranty support.
You may return eligible, uninstalled parts within 30 days of delivery. To start, simply contact our support team at autorustwarrior@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please note: Returns sent without an approved RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at your expense.
All components must meet these criteria to qualify under the AutoRustWarrior Return Policy:
Upon approval, you’ll receive the designated return shipping address and complete instructions.
If your product was installed and is malfunctioning, please contact us at autorustwarrior@gmail.com. Approved warranty claims will be resolved by providing a replacement unit at no extra cost. These do not require the product to be uninstalled to qualify.
