1. Returns Process
You may return eligible, uninstalled parts within 30 days of the delivery date. To begin the process, please contact our support team via email at autorustwarrior@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please Note: Returns sent without an approved RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
2. Parts & Condition Criteria
To qualify for a successful refund, all components must meet the following strict criteria:
- Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged manufacturer packaging.
- Pristine Condition: Parts cannot be returned if installation has been attempted. This includes any signs of mounting, scratches, or alterations to the wiring (such as cutting, crimping, or stripping wires).
- Documentation: Clear photos of the shipping box and the part may be required by our team before an RMA is issued.
3. Shipping Your Return
If your return is approved, we will provide you with the designated return shipping address and detailed logistics instructions.
Prepaid Labels
Provided only if the product arrived damaged, is defective, or if the return is a result of our error.
Standard Returns
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs.
4. Fees and Charges
| Restocking Fee | A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-error returns. |
| Non-Refundable | We do not reimburse labor charges, service fees, or third-party expenses. |
| Processing Time | Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after inspection. |
5. Warranty Claims
If your unit has been installed and you believe it is malfunctioning, please contact us at autorustwarrior@gmail.com. Warranty claims for defective units are handled as a replacement at no cost to the customer and are not subject to the "uninstalled" return rule.
