Returns Process
You may return eligible parts or apparel within 30 days of the delivery date. To begin the process, please contact us at autorustwarrior@gmail.com
to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an approved RMA number will not be accepted.
Parts Returns
All parts must be returned in their original manufacturer packaging to qualify for reimbursement.
Parts cannot be returned if installation has been attempted or if they show any signs of damage or alteration.
Prepaid return labels are only provided if the product is Damaged on Arrival, Defective, or the result of a website error. Photos of the shipping box and parts may be required.
Shipping Your Return
If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions, including the return address.
Items sent back without prior approval or without an RMA number will be refused.

Fees and Charges
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns that are not the result of our error.
Refunds are issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days after the return is processed.
We do not reimburse labor charges, service fees, return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error), or any other expenses incurred by the customer.
